Description

This painting is the 2nd painting I did in my “Paint Outside Everyday in January” challenge. This day, protected from the wind by the trees, it was not too cold. The dappled light moves as the wind blows the leaves and as the sun moves, so is always a bit challenging. I was in Calf Pasture Point, a wooded area that abuts Narragansett Bay. The painting is 7″ x 5″ and was completed on site.
